Application Purpose: the Purpose of This Award Is for Transportation Demand Management Activities in the Portland Oregon Transportation Planning Area.; Activities Performed: Activities to Be Performed Are a Variety of Public Engagement and Outreach Programs Aimed at Educating and Encouraging People to Use Transit Bicycling Walking Ridesharing and Telework.; Expected Outcomes: Expected Outcomes Are More Use of Non-auto Travel Modes Less Congestion Reduced Emissions and More Economic Activity Through Improved Access to Jobs Services and Education.; Intended Beneficiaries: Intended Beneficiaries Are the Public Transportation Community.
