This Grant Applies for $32591317 in FY2021 Section 5307 Arpa Funds Which Represents the Full Amount Available for Lane Transit District (LTD) for Operating Assistance and Preventive Maintenance at 100% Federal Share. the Operating Costs Will Include Expenses Necessary to Operate Maintain and Manage LTD Services to Prevent Respond to and Recover From the COVID-19 Pandemic. Purpose: Provide Operating Funds to Sustain Safe and Reliable Transit Services to Prevent Respond to and Recover From the COVID-19 Pandemic.activities to Be Performed:operating Activities Including But Not Limited to Salaries Benefits Preventive Maintenance COVID-19 Related Leave Security Services and Disinfecting Supplies and Equipment.expected Outcomes:sustained Safe Transit Operations Within the Eugene Urbanized Area.intended Beneficiaries:the General Public in and Around the Eugene Urbanized Area.subrecipient Activities:n/afurlough Certificationthe Recipient Certifies That It and Any Subrecipient or Contractor That Is a Provider of Public Transportation: (a) Are Currently Not Furloughing Any Employees; (B) Have to the Maximum Extent Possible Brought Back Any Employees Previously Furloughed as a Direct Result of Financial Challenges Caused by the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency; or (C) Have Rehired or Posted to Rehire Any Positions of Employees Who Were Laid Off as a Result of Financial Challenges Caused by the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency.special Condition for Emergency Related Fundingthe Recipient Agrees That If It Receives Federal Funding From the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) or Through a Pass-through Entity Through the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act a Different Federal Agency or Insurance Proceeds for Any Portion of a Project Activity Approved for Fta Funding Under This Grant Agreement It Will Provide Written Notification to Fta and Reimburse Fta for Any Federal Share That Duplicates Funding Provided by Fema Another Federal Agency or an Insurance Company.
