Application Purpose: This Project Uses $1200000 in Fy 2019 Section 20005(B) Tod Planning Discretionary Funds. This Grant Will Assist in Building on the Southwest Corridor Equitable Development Strategy (SWEDS) Initially Funded by a Fy 2016 Fta Pilot Program for Tod Grant. Sweds Addresses Needs for Housing Employment and Education in the Vicinity of Major High Capacity Transit Stations.
