Application Purpose: the Purpose of This Award Is to Provide $877234 Section 5310 Funding to Sub-recipients: Canal Winchester Human Services Inc City of Groveport City of Hilliard Clintonville Beechwold CRC Sourcepoint the Alpha Group Hattie Larlham Center Netcare Corporation ST. Vincent Family Services City of Dublin Lifecare Alliance and the Mid-ohio Regional Planning Commission (morpc).; Activities Performed: This 5310 Funding Application Includes the Activities: Contracted Transportation Preventative Maintenance Hardware/software Purchase Mobility Management and Program Administration; Expected Outcomes: Funding Will Allow for the Sub-recipients to Improve the Efficiency of Their 5310 Programs. Clients Will Benefit From Improved Hours Efficient Dispatching Systems and Safe Rides in Well-maintained Vehicles.; Intended Beneficiaries: the Sub-recipients Have Programs That Reach All Populations But Have a Focus on Seniors and Individuals With Physical and Intellectual Disabilities.; Subrecipient Activities: There Are Twelve (12) Subrecipients as Part of This Funding Application Some Applied for More Than One Line Item. One (1) Morpc; Is Using Funds for Mobility Management and 5310 Program Administration. Six (6) Sub-recipients Are Using Funds for Preventative Maintenance. One (1) Sub-recipient Is Using Funding for Computer/software Hardware Purchases for Fleet Vehicles. Six (6) Sub-recipients Are Using Funds for Contracted Transportation.
