Application Purpose: the Purpose of This Award Is to Provide Funding for Operating Fixed Route and Demand Response Service in the Mansfield Urban Area and for Capital Projects.; Activities Performed: Section 5307 Funds Will Be Used to Cover All Eligible Operating Expenses for Fixed Route Service Ada Paratransit Capitalized Preventative Maintenance Operator Planning and Short-range Planning. Section 5339 and Fhwa CRP and STBG Flex 5307 Funds Will Be Used for Replacement Windows Exterior Painting and Parking Lot Pothole Repairs as Well as Replacing the Hvac Systems at Both the Administrative and Maintenance Facility and the Passenger Bus Station.; Expected Outcomes: Funding Will Support Rctbs Safe and Efficient Ongoing Operations and Promote Rctbs Facility Maintenance Transit Asset Management Goals and State of Good Repair.; Intended Beneficiaries: Richland County Transit (RCT) and the Riders Who Depend on Our Service Will Benefit From Having Continued Operations as Well as a Passenger Center and Administrative and Maintenance Facility That Is Safe Comfortable and Energy Efficient.; Subrecipient Activities: RCTB Has One Subrecipient Shelby Taxi That Offers Demand Response Services Within the City of Shelby. This Project Includes a Small Budget (up to $30000) for Shelby Taxis Eligible Operating and Maintenance Expenses.
