This Application Is to Request Congestion Mitigation Air Quality (CMAQ) and Surface Transportation Block Grant (STBG) Section 5307 Funds in the Columbus Uza in the Amount of $446986. This Grant Provides a Total of $446986 of Fy 2021 Cmaq ($148093) and STBG ($298893) Capital Assistance to the Delaware County Transit Board. Ohio Transportation Development Credits (TDCS) in the Amount of $89398 Will Also Be Used.purpose: the Purpose of This Award Is to Provide Capital Assistance for the Delaware County Transit Board to Upgrade the Facility Hvac System and to Purchase 2 Expansion Revenue Vehicles and 1 Replacement Revenue Vehicle.activities to Be Performed: Funds Including the TDCS Will Be Used to Purchase the New Hvac System for the Facility and the Replacement and Expansion Revenue Vehicles.expected Outcomes: Funding Will Allow DCTB to Ensure That Its Vehicles and Equipment Will Remain in a State of Good Repair According to Our Transit Asset Management Plan.intended Beneficiaries: the Community and the Passengers Will Benefit From This Project Through Our Ability to Maintain Our Fleet and Equipment in a State of Good Repair to Ensure the Safety and Reliability of the Transportation Services Provided to the Community.subrecipient Activities: Noneattachments to This Application Include the Ohio Stip Amendment #5 Approval Letter and Stip the Ohio Department of Transportations Transportation Development Credit Letter Cmaq Approval Letter Flex Funds Summary Report Dated 4-30-2022 and Flex Funds Summary Report Dated 6-1-2022.IN Executing This Grant the Delaware County Transit Board Agrees to Abide by Section 3011 of the Fast Act (49 U.s.c. 5323(J)(2)(C) Regarding the Phased Increase in Domestic Content Under the Buy America Statute for Rolling Stock.as Grant Agreement Includes an Fta-funded Transit Vehicle Purchase Delaware County Transit Board Agrees to Comply With the Related Requirements Set Forth in 49 CFR 26.49(A). Specifically Recipient Must Ensure as a Condition of Being Authorized to Bid or Propose on Fta-assisted Transit Vehicle Procurements That Each Transit Vehicle Manufacturer Certified That It Complied With Dot Requirements for Submitting a Dbe Program and Goal to Fta Prior to Bidding. Recipient Is Also Required to Submit the Name of the Successful Bidder and the Total Dollar Value of the Contract Within 30 Days of Making an Fta- Assisted Transit Vehicle Award Using the Required Fta Reporting Tool. Recipient Understands That Failure to Comply With These Requirements May Result in Formal Enforcement Action or Appropriate Sanction as Determined by Fta Including Reimbursement of Fta Funds Used for the Vehicle Procurement.
