This Grant Provides for the Transit System (greene Cats) Operated by the Greene County Transit BOARD:1) $997523 of Fy 2019 and $1090350 for Fy 2020 Section 5307 Operating Assistance for the Period of January 1 2020 December 31 2023 the Local Share for Operating Will Be $1043937 Provided Through Contract Revenue Collected From Local Social Service Agencies and Medicaid Reimbursements From the Ohio Department of Developmental DISABILITIES;2) $192000 of Fy 2019 and $192000 of Fy 2020 Section 5307 Preventative Maintenance for the Period of May 1 2022 - December 31 2023. the Local Share for Preventative Maintenance Will Be $96000 Provided Through Contract Revenue Collected From Local Social Service Agencies and Medicaid Reimbursement From the Ohio Department of Developmental DISABILITIES;3) $340000 of Fy 2019 and $340000 of Fy 2020 Section 5307 Vehicle Replacement for the Period of May 1 2022 - December 31 2025. the Local Share for Vehicle Replacement Will Be $170000 Provided by Contract Revenue Collected From Local Social Service Agencies Medicaid Reimbursements From the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities and Proceeds From the Sale of Revenue Vehicles Sold for Less Than $5000 When Disposed.purpose: the Purpose of This Grant Is to Provide Operating Assistance Maintain Vehicles in a State of Good Repair and Replace Vehicles That Have Reached the End of Their Useful Lives for the Greene Cats Transit System Operated by the Greene County Transit Board During the Period of January 1 2020 to December 31 2025.ACTIVITIES to Be Performed: Funds Will Be Used to Cover All Eligible Operating and Preventative Maintenance Costs as Well as the Purchase of Replacement Vehicles.expected Outcomes: Funding Will Allow Greene Cats to Continue Providing Transit Service Maintain Vehicles in a State of Good Repair and Replace Vehicles That Have Reached the End of Their Useful Lives.intended Beneficiaries: Beneficiaries Are Greene Cats Riders Many Who Are Transportation Disadvantaged Due to Age (65+) Disability or Socioeconomic Status and Use Greene Cats to Get to Work Medical Appointments Educational Opportunities and Other Essential Daily Life Functions. the Greene Cats Transit System Also Benefits by Increasing Service Reliability and Reducing the Cost of Operating Vehicles.in Executing This Grant the Greene County Transit Board Agrees to Abide by Section 3011 of the Fast Act (49 U.s.c. 5323(J)(2)(C) Regarding the Phased Increase in Domestic Content Under the Buy America Statute for Rolling Stock.as Grant Agreement Includes an Fta-funded Transit Vehicle Purchase Recipient Agrees to Comply With the Related Requirements Set Forth in 49 CFR 26.49(A). Specifically Recipient Must Ensure as a Condition of Being Authorized to Bid or Propose on Fta-assisted Transit Vehicle Procurements That Each Transit Vehicle Manufacturer Certified That It Complied With Dot Requirements for Submitting a Dbe Program and Goal to Fta Prior to Bidding. Recipient Is Also Required to Submit the Name of the Successful Bidder and the Total Dollar Value of the Contract Within 30 Days of Making an Fta- Assisted Transit Vehicle Award Using the Required Fta Reporting Tool.
