This Is a FFY2021 Section 5307 Crrsaa Application in the Amount of $2822218 for the Delaware County Transit Board (DCTB). These Funds Will Be Used for Operating Assistance at a 100% Federal Share. the Columbus Urbanized Area Has Been Awarded $55032807 and Dctbs Share Is $2822218. the Columbus Uza Apportionment Split Information Is Attached.the Arpa Grant Funds Through Award OH-2022-006-00 Is Not Sufficient to Cover the Operating Expenses During This Period.the Purpose of This Award Is to Provide Operating Assistance to Delaware County Transit Board (DCT) to Assist It in Recovering From COVID-19 During the Period of 1/01/2022 to 3/30/2028. These Funds Will Be Used to Assist the Delaware County Transit Board With All Operating Expenses to Continue Providing County-wide Demand Response Transportation and Demand Response Micro-transit in Delaware City. Demand Response Transportation Is Currently the Only Type of Service Provided by DCT. at Some Point in the Future DCT May Once Again Begin Providing Fixed Route Service in Select Corridors.activities to Be Performed: Funds Will Be Used to Cover All Eligible Operating Expenses Such as Driver Salaries Fuel Services Supplies Items Having a Useful Life of Less Than One-year Preventive Maintenance Etc. in Order to Continue Transit Operations.expected Outcomes: Funding Will Permit Delaware County Transit Board to Continue to Provide Operations That Would Otherwise Have to Be Cut Due to Lack of Funding.intended Beneficiaries: Delaware County Transit Board and the Riders That Rely on Its Service Will Benefit From Continued Services Ensuring Those Who Need Transportation Can Get to Work Medical Appointments Educational Opportunities and Other Critical Daily Life Essential Functionssubrecipient Activities: Nonedctb Agrees That If It Receives Federal Funding From the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) or Through a Pass-through Entity Through the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act a Different Federal Agency or Insurance Proceeds for Any Portion of a Project Activity Approved for Fta Funding Under This Grant Agreement It Will Provide Written Notification to Fta and Reimburse Fta for Any Federal Share That Duplicates Funding Provided by Fema Another Federal Agency or an Insurance Company. Per the Crrsaa the Project in This Application Is Not Required to Be Programmed in the Long-range Transportation Plan or Statewide Transportation Improvement Program as It Does Not Lead to a Functional Location or Capacity Change.
