These Funds Will Be Used for Operating Assistance at a 100% Federal Share. the Columbus Urbanized Area Has Been Awarded $99443340 and Dctbs Share Is $5099700. the Columbus Uza Apportionment Split Information Is Attached.purpose: the Purpose of This Award Is to Provide 3 Years of Operating Assistance to Delaware County Transit Board to Assist It in Recovering From COVID-19 During the Period of 1/01/2022 to 12/31/2024.ACTIVITIES to Be Performed: Funds Will Be Used to Cover All Eligible Operating Expenses Such as Driver Salaries Fuel Services Supplies Items Having a Useful Life of Less Than One-year Preventive Maintenance Etc. in Order to Continue Transit Operations.expected Outcomes: Funding Will Permit Delaware County Transit Board to Continue to Provide Operations That Would Otherwise Have to Be Cut Due to Lack of Funding.intended Beneficiaries: Delaware County Transit Board and the Riders That Rely on Its Service Will Benefit From Continued Services Ensuring Those Who Need Transportation Can Get to Work Medical Appointments Educational Opportunities and Other Critical Daily Life Essential Functionssubrecipient Activities: Nonedctb Agrees That If It Receives Federal Funding From the Federal Emergency Management Agency(fema) or Through a Pass-through Entity Through the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergencyassistance Act a Different Federal Agency or Insurance Proceeds for Any Portion of a Project Activity Approvedfor Fta Funding Under This Grant Agreement It Will Provide Written Notification to Fta and Reimburse Fta Forany Federal Share That Duplicates Funding Provided by Fema Another Federal Agency or an Insurance Company.per the Arp Act the Project in This Application Is Not Required to Be Programmed in the Long-rangetransportation Plan or Statewide Transportation Improvement Program as It Does Not Lead to a Functionallocation or Capacity Change.
