Fy 2021 Section 5307 Arpa Funding in the Amount of $15716078 Will Be Used by the Toledo Area Regional Transit Authority for Operating Expenses During and After the COVID-19 Emergency Response (grant Allowable Expenses as Outlined in Omb Super Circular 200).THE Period of Operating Assistance in This Grant (1/11/2021 - 9/30/2024) Overlaps With the Operating Assistance Period in Application OH-2020-045 (cares Act - 5307) and OH-2021-012 (crrsaa- 5307) Because the Funding Is Insufficient to Cover Eligible Operating Expenses Within the Period.this Grant Award Will Fund the Continued Movement of Critical Public Transit Operations in Our Region. Tarta Provides Essential Transportation Services to Ensure That Those Who Need Transportation Can Get to Work Medical Appointments Educational Opportunities and Other Critical and Essential Daily Life Activities. This Funding Will Allow Tarta to Get Through the Immediate Impact of the National COVID-19 Pandemic and Provide Assistance to Help With the Long-term Economic Downturn.attached Is the Table 2 Arpa 5307 Apportionment Table and Uza Split Correspondence With Smart.per the Arpa the Project in This Application Are Not Required to Be Programmed in the Long-range Transportation Plan or Statewide Transportation Improvement Program as They Do Not Lead to a Functional Location or Capacity Change.the Recipient Agrees That If It Receives Federal Funding From the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) or Through a Pass-through Entity Through the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act a Different Federal Agency or Insurance Proceeds for Any Portion of a Project Activity Approved for Fta Funding Under This Grant Agreement It Will Provide Written Notification to Fta and Reimburse Fta for Any Federal Share That Duplicates Funding Provided by Fema Another Federal Agency or an Insurance Company.
