Cooperative Agreement With the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) in the Kingdom Ofthailand - Project Abstract Summarythe Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) Cooperative Agreement (COAG) Is Under the Umbrella Coag. of Thailand. the Proposed Activities of the Bma Coag for Phase 5 YEAR1 (2022) Are From Two Programs and One One Coag MANAGEMENT:1.GLOBAL Hiv/aids and TB (DGHT)2.GLOBAL Health Protection (DGHP)3.COAG Management, Network and Project Managementthe Overall Objectives of the Bma Coag Is to Reduce the Burden of Diseases in Bma, Thailand, Through Implementation of Various Activities Including Prevention, Care and Treatment, and Capacity Building Activities for People in Bangkok. the Application Will Support the Following Goals:- Health Impact: Improve the Health and Well-being of People in Bangkok.- Health Security: Strengthen Capabilities to Prevent, Prepare, Detect and Respond.- Strengthen and Sustain Public Health Capacity, Infrastructure, Management and Monitoring.in This Application, the Bma Proposes Four Projects: One Project for Coag Management, Network and Project Management (coordinating Unit), Two Projects in Global Hiv/aids and TB Program, and One Project in Global Health Protection Program.bma Will Work Closely With CDC Through the Use of Its Official Governance Structures (e.g., Office of Permanent Secretary for Bma, Department of Health and Health Centers, Medical Service Department and Bma Hospitals) to Develop Projects That Prevent and Control Hiv/aids, Tuberculosis, and Other Emerging Infectious Diseases; Improve and Share Data Information; and Important Lessons and Knowledge From Bangkok?s Experience With Moph and Other Countries.high Bma Authorities and CDC?S Representatives Will Form the Executive and Administrative Committees to Provide Policy Guidance, Technical Supervision, Project Monitoring and Evaluation, Problem Solving and Support for Sustainability Within Bma System. the Overarching Project (coordinating Unit) Will Coordinate for Project Management Among the Funded Projects to Accomplish Three Compo Nents; Effectiveness, Accountability and Sustainability.outcomes of This Application Will Ultimately Lead to Improvement in the Health and Well-being of People in Bangkok and Contribute to Improve Health and Well-being Throughout the Country and the Region. the Outcomes Are Listed in Each Project Narrative. Quarterly Project Implementation Review (pir), Semi-annual Report and Annual Report of the Funded Projects Will Be Submitted and Reviewed by Relevant Departments Including CDC to Improve the Project Implementation and Utilization of the Outcomes. Specific Outcomes for Each Program Area, Are Detailed in the Program and Project Narratives in This Application, and All Tie Back to the Overarching Strategy and Link to Expected Outcomes.
