Maintaining and Strengthening Institutional Capacity of Maputo City Province Health Directorate in Mozambique Under the President's Emergency Plan for Aids Relief (PEPFAR) - This Project Will Focus on Strengthening the Institutional Capacity of the Health Services of Maputo City (SSCM) to Develop, Plan and Coordinate the Hiv Program in Maputo City. the Project Will Also Fortify Leadership Oversight and Coordination of Pepfar Hiv Prevention, Care, Support, and Treatment Services in the City. Furthermore, This Project Will Promote Collaboration of Pepfar Implementing Partners and Key Stakeholders Involved in Hiv Service Delivery in Maputo City in Order to Improve the Service Delivery Models and Strengthen the Health System in Accordance With the Ministry of Health (MOH) Guidelines, Policies and Retention Strategies to Contribute and Accelerated the Progress Towards 90-90-90 Goals. Altogether, a Larger Role of SSCM Will Ensure Sustained Control of the Hiv Epidemic.strengthening Institutional Capacity of the Directorate of Health of Maputo City Provides a Platform for Leadership and Ownership of the Hiv Response in the Province, Resulting in Sustainable Control of the Hiv Epidemic in Maputo City.
