The Manchester Transit Authority (MTA) Is Requesting $270038 of Section 5310 Formula Funds to Be Used to Pay for Mobility Management Over the Period: July 1 2021 to June 30 2023. Mta Will Utilize the Flexibility Authorized Under Crrsaa That Allows Unobligated 5310 Formula Funds to Be Utilized at 100% Federal. Below Are the Details of the Allocations Being Utilized in This Grant (split Letters and Head Quarters Approval Attached). FY16 Nashua NH Uza - $31453 (recovered From Cart NH-2017-017-02 in September 2020 After MERGER)FY17 Nashua NH Uza - $113899 (recovered From Cart NH-2019-010-01 in September 2020 After MERGER)FY19 Nashua NH Uza - $124686MTA Is the Largest Transit Provider in NH Performing Fixed Route Paratransit Service Demand Response and Route Deviation Services for the Towns of Manchester Derry Londonderry Salem Hampstead and Chester NH. Transportation Access Is a Critical Component for the Residents of the Region and Allows for Seniors and Individuals With Disabilities to Sustain Themselves Financially Socially and Live Independently With Dignity. This Grant Will Fund the Expenses Associated With the Mobility Management Call Center That Supports Transportation Coordination for Manchester NH and the Surrounding Communities. the Call Center Provides Scheduling for Mtas Demand Response Service and Coordination With the Rockingham Nutrition Meals on Wheels. the Project Is Included in the 2016 Southern New Hampshire Coordinated Public Transit-human Services Transportation Plan and Draft 2021 Plan.mta Executed the FFY21 Certifications and Assurances on 4/12/2021. the Activities Included in This Grant Are Included in the FY21 Element of the NH Stip Approved in June 2020. Mta Is Current With All Civil Rights Submissions. All Administrative and Statutory Requirements Have Been Met in Accordance With the 5310 Enhanced Mobility of Seniors and Individuals With Disabilities Program Guidance and Application Instructions Circular 9070.1G.
