These Are Lapsing Funds.; Activities Performed: the Activities to Be Performed Are Provision of Ada Complementary Paratransit Service.; Expected Outcomes: Ada Complementary Paratransit Service Is Required to Be Provided by Craven County / Carts Because Craven County / Carts Operates a Fixed Route Service. Expected Outcome of This Grant Is to Be Able to Continue to Fund Those Mandated Services.; Intended Beneficiaries: the Intended Beneficiaries Are the Disabled Residents Within 3/4 Mile of the Fixed Route and Who Are Unable to Access Fixed Route Services Due to Their Disability. Funding Eligibility Is Based on the Urbanized Designation at the Time of Funding Apportionment. Provision of Public Transit Service Assists Individuals With Transportation Needs for a Variety of Medical Nutritional and Quality of Life Purposes. Individuals Who Are Low Income Elderly and / or Have a Disability Are at a Higher Risk of Being Dependent Upon Public Transportation Services.; Subrecipient Activities: There Are Not Planned Subrecipients.
