Skagit River System Cooperative Will Be Awarded $255,009 Over 3 Years to Monitor the Biological Effectiveness of Hydrologic Restoration in the Whidbey Basin, Wa. This Effort Will Collect Valuable Data on Habitat Changes and Use of Essential Fish Habitat by Protected Salmon and Steelhead. Findings Will Be Used to Inform, and Maximize Benefits of, Future Habitat Restoration Efforts Using Similar Approaches. This Work Is Being Funded by the Community-based Restoration Program.
