Noaa's National Ocean Service (NOS) and the Coastal States Organization (CSO) Have a Long History of Working Together to Advance Coastal Management in the United States. This New Cooperative Agreement, for FY2022-2025, Builds Off the Work Under the Previous Cooperative Agreement (FY2019-2021) and Formally Continues a Successful Partnership on Coastal Management Issues, With a Focus on Coastal Resilience Activities in the Great Lakes, as Well as Priorities Identified Within the 2018-2023 National Coastal Zone Management Strategic Plan and the Implementation of the Administration's Executive Orders (EO) 14008 (tackling Climate Change at Home and Abroad) and 13985 (advancing Racial Equity and Support for Underserved Communities Through the Federal Government).
