This Application Uses Arp Funding to Prevent Prepare for and Respond to Coronavirus. the Application Is for Operating Assistance.purpose: the Purpose of This Award Is to Provide Operating Assistance.activities to Be Performed: Funds Will Be Used to Cover All Eligible Operating Expenses Such as Employee Salaries and Wages Fuel and Safety Supplies. Expected Outcomes: Funding Will Permit Great Falls Transit District to Continue to Provide Operations to Great Falls and Black Eagle Montana and to Allow the Transit Provider to Recover From the Impacts of the COVID-19 Pandemic. Intended Beneficiaries: City of Great Falls and Black Eagle Township Residents and the Transit Passengers That Rely on Its Service Will Benefit From Continued Services Permitting Passengers to Get Where They Need to Go. Subrecipient Activities: There Are No Subrecipient Activities. Great Falls Transit Agrees That If It Receives Federal Funding From the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) or Through a Pass-through Entity Through the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act a Different Federal Agency or Insurance Proceeds for Any Portion of a Project Activity Approved for Fta Funding Under This Grant Agreement It Will Provide Written Notification to Fta and Reimburse Fta for Any Federal Share That Duplicates Funding Provided by Fema Another Federal Agency or an Insurance Company.great Falls Transit Did Furlough Employees Since March 27 2020 (the Enactment Date of the Cares Act) and as Required by the Cares Act and Subsequent Stimulus Funding to Support Recovery From the Coronavirus Pandemic These Funds Are Being Used for Operating and Payroll Purposes Only.this Grant Uses Pre-award Authority. the Estimated Amount of Funds That Have Been Expended To-date Is $1275500.
