This Application Is to Request Section 5307 Funds Apportioned to the Duluth Minnesota Uza as Well as FY19 FY22 5339 Funds in the Total Amount of $2620707 in Federal Funding. This Application Requests Funding for Multiple Projects Including: Operating Assistance; Planning/design/engineering Passenger Amenities and Construction for Bus Stop Improvements; Its and Security Improvements; and Facility Rehabilitation. This Grant Application Is for a Total of $4123314 With $2620707 Federal and $1502607 Local Match. the Local Share Is Provided Through a Local Property Tax Levy. Federal Funds Are From the Following Programs:- FY22 Section 5307 Funds Apportioned to the Duluth Minnesota Metro in the Amount of $1729907.- FY19 Section 5339 Small Urban Funds as Awarded From the Minnesota Dot in the Amount of $814836- FY20 Section 5339 Small Urban Funds as Awarded From the Minnesota Dot in the Amount of $75964.PURPOSE: This Award Aims to Provide Safe and Reliable Transit Service to the Minnesota Side of the Duluth/superior Metropolitan Area and to Remain in a State of Good Repair.activities to Be Performed: Funds Will Be Used for Eligible Operating Expenses Planning and Engineering Construction of Bus Stops Facility Improvements and Its. Expected Outcomes: Funding Will Allow the Dta to Continue to Provide Reliable Service Increase the Attractiveness of the Service and Maintain a State of Good Repair. Intended Beneficiaries: the Dta and Its Passengers Will Be the Intended Beneficiaries of Funds Spent.
