Application Purpose: This Is a Project to Develop an Interoperable Standard for Bus Exportable Power Systems (beps). as Stated in the Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) the Goal of This Program Is to Develop National Interoperable Beps Standards- Working With the Fta Industry Stakeholders and Technical Partners- So That Different Manufacturers Systems Can Use the Same Technology Base and Applications for Beps Solutions. ; Activities Performed: the Project Is Proposed in Three Primary Workstreams: a) Standards Development; B) Hardware Demonstration for Two Bus Technologies (initial Target Is Fuel Cell and Battery Electric); and C) Implementation Guidebook Development (drawing From the Other Two Workstreams).; Expected Outcomes: Beps Standards; Guidebook for Implementation; Intended Beneficiaries: Transit and Emergency Agencies Communities and Cities; Subrecipient Activities: None.
