The Purpose of This Grant Is to Provide the Full Apportionment of $2736529 of Fiscal Year 2021 Crrsaa Section 5307 Operating Assistance to Central County Transportation Authority for the Period of January 20 2020 Through September 30 2026. These Funds May Be Utilized to Fund Up to 100% of Ccta Eligible Expenses and Will Be Used to Cover Operational Assistance Incurred Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. Activities in This Grant Will Include Preventing Preparing and Responding to Coronavirus. the Specific Scope of Work Includes the Payroll and Operating Costs of Public Transit (including the Payroll and Expenses of Private Providers of Public Transit). the Expected Outcome of These Activities Will Support the Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act (CRRSAA) Intended to Improve Day-to-day Operations for Employees in Public Service With Minimizing Exposure Through Cleaning and Sanitization Activities in Combating the Spread of the COVID-19 Virus.the Intended Beneficiaries Will Include Employees and Especially Those in Public Service Environments.there Will Not Be Any Subrecipient Activities Included in This Grant Applicationcentral County Transportation Authority Agrees That If It Receives Federal Funding From the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) or Through a Pass-through Entity Through the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act a Different Federal Agency or Insurance Proceeds for Any Portion of a Project Activity Approved for Fta Funding Under This Grant Agreement It Will Provide Written Notification to Fta and Reimburse Fta for Any Federal Share That Duplicates Funding Provided by Fema Another Federal Agency or an Insurance Company.ccta Will Meet the Section 5307 Requirement to Expend at Least 1 Percent on Security-related Costs and 0.75 Percent of the Amount Apportioned to the Uza to Safety Related Projects Through the Operating Assistance Line Item. Ccta Will Follow All Third-party Procurement Policies as Defined in C4220.1F (third Party Contracting Guidance) and Will Ensure Contractors Procured Are Not Suspended or Debarred From Federal Contracting.per the Crrsaa the Project in This Application Is Not Required to Be Programmed in the Long-range Transportation Plan Statewide Transportation Plan or Statewide Transportation Improvement Program.
