The Foundation for Advancement in Conservation Will Incorporate User Feedback to Develop New Features for Its Web-based Connecting to Collections Care (C2C) Resource. Project Activities Will Include Developing 33 New Webinars and Six Online Courses With Enhanced Accessibility Through the Addition of Closed-captioning and Transcriptions in English and Spanish. Subject Matter Experts Will Monitor Online Forums to Ensure Prompt Answers and Trusted Advice for Participants. Technical Improvements to the C2C Website Will Enhance Search Functionality, Ensure Ada Compliance, and Make It Mobile-adaptive. the Project Team Will Measure Success Through Individual Program Surveys, Participation Data, and a User Needs Assessment. Participation at State, Regional, and National Museum Conferences Will Build Awareness for the C2C Resource. the Project Will Particularly Benefit Organizations With Limited Professional Development Budgets by Enhancing Their Knowledge of Collections Care Practices.
