The Utah State Library Will Use Funds to Support the Goals of Their Five-year Plan for Fy 2023-2027, Which Reflect the Purposes and Priorities of the Library Services and Technology Act (lsta). in Utah, Specific Goals Include: 1) Ensure Access to Quality Information Resources - Including Those Utahns Need to Succeed at School, at Work, and in Their Daily Lives; 2) Support Excellence in Library Operations and Services - Enhance the Efficiency and Effectiveness of the Utah State Library and All Other Libraries in the State to Benefit All Residents; 3) Promote and Support Lifelong Learning - Programs and Resources That Improve Digital Literacy and Enhance 21ST Century Skills and Workforce Development; and 4) Strengthen Community Engagement and Build Thriving Communities - Foster Connection, Collaboration and Cooperation.
