Payette County Completes Noxious and Invasive Weed Treatments and Control on Blm-managed Lands Within Payette County, Idaho Through Manual and Chemical Treatments. Each Year, 250 Acres of Noxious Weeds Are Mapped and Treated in Payette County. Additionally, 10,000 Acres of Infested Areas Are Surveyed Annually. This Project Benefits the Public by Maintaining and Restoring the Beautiful Pristine Nature of the Public Lands That the Public Recreates on, and Slows the Spread of Undesirable Noxious Weeds Onto Adjacent Public and Private Lands.
