Funding Opportunity Number: L23AS00179FUNDING Opportunity Goals Text: Pollinators and the Ecosystem Services They Provide Are Vital to the Resilience and Productivity of BLM Lands, Supporting Ecosystem Conservation, Recreation, and Other Resource Sustainability and Usage. Pollinators Have Diverse and Unique Relationships With Both Common and Rare Plants, Supporting Their Reproduction, and With Wildlife and Game Species of Interest, as Direct Food Sources or as Cornerstones of Habitat. Ensuring the Future Resilience of These Ecological Services Requires That Pollinators Are Supported by Institutional and Stakeholder Capacity and Capability. the Technical Approach Clearly Identifies 5 Actions to Increase the Availability of Pollinator-related Technical Resources, Identify Management Needs for Pollinators, and Assist in the Proactive Conservation and Restoration of Pollinator Habitats on BLM Lands. the Actions Include Additional Review and Analysis of Pollinator Apsi Data, Development of 2-PAGE Pollinator Plant Reference Guides, Development of Native Seed Mix Guidance, Development and Delivery of Pollinator Stewardship Certification Workshops to BLM Stakeholders, and Collaboration With the North American Pollinator Protection Campaign (nappc).

Everything here is this single award's whole record — signed, amended, paid — not a fiscal-year slice. The by-year charts elsewhere split an award across the years it was committed; this page keeps it whole.
Committed is what the government has legally promised on this award so far. Contracts can also carry a ceiling — the maximum if every option is exercised. Unspent ceiling is headroom, not money owed.
The cash actually disbursed against this award. The gap from committed is the disbursement pipeline: promised, not yet cashed.
Each transaction is a signing event — an action that created or changed the award, dated the day it was signed — not a payment. Negative amounts are real: money de-committed at closeout or renegotiation.
One bar, the award’s whole arithmetic: paid out, then committed, not yet paid, then .
