The Truckee Meadows Fire Protection District Will Implement Hazardous Fuels Reduction, Defensible Space, Ecological Function and Habitat Improvements on 100 to 200 Acres of City, County, and Private Owned Land Along the Mount Rose Corridor. This Will Be Done Through the Removal of Dead Brush and Timber, the Thinning of Live Brush and Timber, the Removal of Ladder Fuels and the Restoration of Aspen Stands. Access and Egress Routes and Defensibility of Roadways Will Also Be Improved. in Addition, the Truckee Meadows Fire Protection District Will Conduct Public Education and Outreach Through the Promotion of Nevada Network of Fire Adapted Communities, Living With Fire Initiatives and Invasive Species Mitigation.nicra Our Entity Has Never Had a Nicra, However, We Would Like to Use 10 as Our De Minimus Rate.duplication of Effort Statement There Are No Overlaps or Duplication Between This Application and Any of Our Federal Applications or Funded Projects.
