Descriptive Title of Applicant S Project Interior Alaska Invasive Plant Management Dalton Andtaylor Highwaysproject Abstract the Salcha Delta SWCD Sdswcd Will Prepare a Pesticide Use Proposal Pup the Pup Will Allow the Sdswcd to Apply Herbicide on BLM Land in Select Locations the Sdswcd Will Use Chemical and Manual Control Methods to Control Non Native Plant Speciesin Selected Locations in Proximity to the Dalton and Taylor Highway Corridors Target Specieswill Be Those Included on the Alaska Weed Free Gravel Certification List of Species Prior Toperforming Any Given Treatment, the Sdswcd Will Survey the Designated Treatment Area for Allspecies of Concern, Record Spatial Data to Define the Treatment Area, and Record Ocular Cover Oftarget Species Post Treatment Effectiveness Monitoring Will Occur Within the Same Growingseason and a Minimum of One Month Post Treatment Effectiveness Monitoring Will Include Useof BLM S Vmap Field Forms, Time Allocated to Treatment of the Area, and Post Treatment Ocularcover of Target Species as Recorded All Pertinent Information Will Be Summarized and Presentedto the BLM in a Formal End of Year Report
