The Funds Applied for Are FFY2021 Section 5307 Funding in the Amount of $2325096. the Apportionment Is $2326852 But in the FY2019 Grant There Was an Overage of $1756 - That Overage Is Being Deducted From This Years Apportionment. See the Attachment Apportionment. the Local Match of $1650096 Will Be Provided Through the Local Mill Levy. These Funds Will Be Used to Reimburse Topeka Metro for Operating and Preventive Maintenance Expenses Incurred Starting in FY2021.THE Start Date Is the Same as the Date of Award. the End Date Is 12/31/2025. Topeka Metro Is a Direct Recipient. This Application for 5307 Federal Assistance Is Consistent With the Designated Recipient Letter Dated 08/03/1982 and Attached to This Application. This Application Does Not Include Funds for Research And/or Development Activities. Indirect Costs Will Not Be Applied to This Application and Its Scope of Work.the FY2019 Grant That Included the $1756 Overage Is KS-2019-003 Which Is Currently Fully Disbursed and Closed. Therefore Topeka Transit Is Leaving $1756 of FY2021 Funds for Fta to Apply Towards a Future Flint Hills 5307 Application.
