Application Purpose: the Purpose of This Award Is to Provide Operating Assistance and Preventative Maintenance From 1/1/2023 Through 12/31/2024 for Fort Wayne Public Transportation Corporation.; Activities Performed: Funds Will Be Used to Cover All Eligible Operating Expenses Such as Driver Salaries Fuel and Items Having a Useful Life of Less Than One Year. Funds Will Also Be Used to Cover Preventive Maintenance as Capital Costs Which Will Include Capital Repairs Such as Engines Transmissions Hybrid Battery Replacements and Other Capital Additions That Add Value to Rolling Stock.; Expected Outcomes: Funding Will Permit Fort Wayne Public Transportation Corporation to Meet Preventative Maintenance Standards Continue to Provide Operations and Keep Rolling Stock Vehicles in a State of Good Repair.; Intended Beneficiaries: Fort Wayne Public Transportation Corporation and the Riders That Rely on Its Service Will Benefit From Continued Services Permitting Passengers to Get to Work and Other Destinations.; Subrecipient Activities: None
