This Grant to the Bloomington Public Transportation Corporation (BPTC) Will Utilize Fy 2017 and 2018 Section 5307 to Purchase Vehicle Communication Equipment Operations and Maintenance Facility Equipment and Replacement of Hvac Elements Preventive Maintenance and Operating Assistance; as Well as 2016 Section 5310 Funds for the Purchase of Two Btaccess Vans and Monies to Retrofit 12 BT Access Vehicles With Security Cameras and Lastly Section 5339 Funds to Purchase One 40 Foot Bus. the Local Match for These Projects Will Come From State Revenue in the Amount of $2356254.THE Funding Includes $923360 in Fy 2017 Section 5307 Funds $1680033 in Fy 2018 Section 5307 Funds.also Fy 2016- 5310 Enhances Mobility of Seniors and Individuals With Disabilities Funding in the Amount of $149716 and FY2017 -5339 Bus and Bus Facilities Funding in the Amount of $360000.IN Executing This Grant the Bloomington Public Transportation Corporation (BPTC) Agrees to Abide by Section 3011 of the Fast Act (49 U.s.c. 5323(J)(2)(C) Regarding the Phased Increase in Domestic Content Under the Buy America Statute for Rolling Stock.as Grant Agreement Includes an Fta-funded Transit Vehicle Purchase the BPTC Agrees to Comply With the Related Requirements Set Forth in 49 CFR 26.49(A). Specifically the BPTC Must Ensure as a Condition of Being Authorized to Bid or Propose on Fta-assisted Transit Vehicle Procurements That Each Transit Vehicle Manufacturer Certified That It Complied With Dot Requirements for Submitting a Dbe Program and Goal to Fta Prior to Bidding. the BPTC Is Also Required to Submit the Name of the Successful Bidder and the Total Dollar Value of the Contract Within 30 Days of Making a Fta- Assisted Transit Vehicle Award Using the Required Fta Reporting Tool. the BPTC Understands That Failure to Comply With These Requirements May Result in Formal Enforcement Action or Appropriate Sanction as Determined by Fta Including Reimbursement of Fta Funds Used for the Vehicle Procurement.attachment to This Application Include Stip Approval Letter Stip Project Listing Stip Cover Page Corresponding Tip Pages That List the Projects and Governor Designated Recipient Letter and Section 5310 and 5339 Transfer Letters.a Budget Revision to Transfer Completed Projects Remaining Funds in Ali 11.12.01 - Project 2 to Ali 11.12-15 ( Replacement Vans) in Order to Complete This Project and Closeout the Grant.
