This Application Is to Request Section 5310 American Recovery Plan (ARP) Act Funds Apportioned to the Chicago Il_in and Round Lake Beach--mchenry--grayslake Ilwi in the Amount of $1141885 ($1108755 Is From Chicago Uza-il 170030 and $33130 Is From Round Lake Beach Uza-il 173780).PURPOSE: Funding Will Provide Operating Assistance to Mchenry County for the Mcride Dial-a-ride Program.activities to Be Performed: Funds Will Be Used to Cover Eligible Operating Costs.expected Outcomes: Funds Will Allow Mchenry County to Continue to Provide Transportation Service to Older Adults and People With Disabilities.intended Beneficiaries: Older Adults and People With Disabilities.subrecipient Activities: Mchenry County Provides Support Financial Resources and Administrative Assistance to the Mcride Dial-a-ride Program. Rta Agrees That If It Receives Federal Funding From the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) or Through a Pass-through Entity Through the Robert T.
