It Was a Call for New and Expansion Projects That Would Be Competitively Selected. as a Result of the Call for Applications the Rta Received Eleven Applications for Section 5310 Funding. the Projects Were Then Evaluated for Eligibility and Ranked by a Project Selection Team Utilizing Criteria Included in the HSTP. the Project Selection Team Was Made Up of Staff From the Illinois Department of Transportation the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning and the Rta.
