Purpose of This Agreement Is to Perform a Coordinated Research and Development Program Program Designed to Advance the State of the Art in Quantum Algorithms for Solving Combinatorial Optimization Problems by Developing a Novel Qubit Efficient Encoding of the Optimization Problem, Thus Enabling Algorithms to Solve Larger Problems Than the Qubit Count. This Research Shall Be Carried Out in Accordance With the Performers Proposal. the Performer Shall Submit or Otherwise Provide All Documentation Required by Attachment 3, Report Requirements.
