Promoting the Economic Vitality of the Local Communities Will Assist in Raising Awareness of Local Officials. in Addition Aspects to Protect Public Health Safety Welfare and Quality of Life Will Be Addressed. Protecting Mission Items Such as the Continued Viability of the Aviation Ranges From Encroachment and Continuing to Foster Communication Among Fort Knox and the Surrounding Communities to Address Compatibility Issues Will Serve to Ensure Long Term Mission Success. the Study Area for the Cup Will Include One 1 and Five 5 Mile Radiuses to Address Land Use Compatibility Issues and an Expanded Radius for Addressing Noise and Light Concerns. the Proposed 18 Month Cup Project Will Include the Following Deliverables a Fort Knox Cup Website an Internet Based Mapping Portal Public Participation Plan Final Cup Report With Implementation Recommendations an Executive Summary for Public Distribution.
