Because This Age Group Represents the Greatest Risk of Fatal Overdose in Arkansas and Mississippi, Services Aimed at This Group Will Focus on Prevention, Treatment, and Recovery to Reduce Both Substance/opioid Abuse and Potential Overdose Deaths. as Requested in the Nofo, Less Than 1% of the Target Population Is American Indian/alaskan Native.
