Expansion of Bartholomew County Adult Recovery Court and Family Recovery Court - the Population to Be Served Are Those Who Participate in the Bartholomew County Adult Drug Recovery Court and the Bartholomew County Family Recovery Court. Those Participants Were Admitted Into the Drug Courts as an Alternative to Incarceration and Have Been Diagnosed With Substance Use Disorder (sud). the Strategies to Be Implemented Include Expanding the Capacity of the Courts to Assist More People, and Also to Expand the Resources Provided to Those in the Drug Courts to Increase the Likelihood of Successful Outcomes. the Program Is Expected to Serve 22 Participants in the First Year and a Total of 166 Participants Throughout the 5-YEAR Term of the Program.
