Partners in Encouraging and Empowering Recovery (PEER) Provides Peer Recovery Support and Recovery Supportive Services to Sud or Cod Individuals and Their Family Members. - Live Rite Structured Recovery Corp (live Rite) Will Enhance Our Peer Recovery Program: Partners in Encouraging and Empowering Recovery (peer).the Project Services Will Be Offered at Our Recovery Resource Center (RRC). Each Client Will Be Served on a Case-by-case Basis and Provided an Individualized Case Plan With Peer Recovery Supportive Services Designed and Delivered by People Who Have Experienced Both Drug/alcohol Addiction and Recovery. Live Rite Will Provide Family Support Groups Following the Community Reinforcement and Family Training (CRAFT) Evidence-based Program. Live Rite Will Also Provide Vocational Job Readiness Training to Our Clients and Their Families With the Goal of Gaining Self-sufficiency. Peer Is a Program of Peer Recovery and Supportive Services for Adults (age 18 and Over) Who Have Substance Use Disorder (SUD) or Co-occurring Disorder (COD) and Their Families. the Project Will Target Individuals in Recovery and Their Families in the High-risk Area of Macomb County, Michigan; However, Clients From the Surrounding Counties of Oakland, Wayne, Lapeer, Genesee, and ST. Clair Will Also Be Served as Live Rite Will Never Turn Anyone Away. Live Rite Will Serve 95 Individuals in Year One, 115 Individuals in Year Two, and 140 Individuals in Year Three Totaling 350 Individuals During the Project Period. Live Rite Will Serve 87 Families in Year One, 138 Families in Year Two, and 174 Families in Year Three Totaling 339 Families During the Project Period. the Goals and Objectives of the Project Are Goal 1: Increase Access to Culturally Appropriate, Client-centered Peer Recovery Supportive Services to Increase the Prevalence and Quality of Long-term Recovery Support From Sud or Cod. Objectives 1.1: Promote Person-centered Integrated Peer Recovery Services to 95 Individuals in Year 1; 115 in Year 2; and 140 in Year 3). 1.2 75% Will Complete the Program Successfully Without Relapsing. 1.3 75% Will Be Substance Free During the 30 Days Prior to Discharge, and 70% Will Remain Abstinent at 6-MONTHS Post Intake as Evidenced by Gpra. Goal 2: Implement and Sustain an Evidence-based Job Readiness Program for Adults With Sud or Cod and Their Family Members. Objective 2.1. 150 New and Unduplicated Adults Will Be Provided Supported Employment Services During the Three-year Project Period. Objective 2.2. 80% of Participants Will Be Successfully Employed at Discharge and 70% Will Remain Employed at Six Months Post Baseline. Goal 3: Implement and Sustain Evidence-based Family Support Groups and Family Recovery Events for Adults With Sud or Cod and Their Family Members. Objective 3.1 Live Rite Will Provide Family Support Groups Weekly in the RRC. in Year One, 87 Families Will Be Served, 138 in Year Two, and 174 in Year Three. Objective 3.2 Live Rite Will Provide Three Family Recovery Events During the Project Period and Provide Coaching Classes to 60 Participants During the Project Period. Objective 3.3 65% of Participants Will Reunite With One or More of Their Family Members and Begin Rebuilding the Relationship and Trust. Objective 3.4 80% of Family Members Will Report an Increase in Trust and Strength of the Family Relationship Within 6 Months of Support Groups and Events as Measured on Pre- and Post-test Surveys.
