(aliviane) Is a Non-profit Behavioral Health Organization Based in El Paso County Serving West Texas Since 1970, Providing a Wide Range of Substance Use and Other Mental Health Disorders Prevention, Intervention, Treatment, and Recovery Programs. for 50 Years, Aliviane Has Been a Prominent Leader in Substance Use and Other Mental Health Co-occurring Disorder Services and a Respected Client Advocate. With 19 Different Services Targeting Children, Adolescents, Women, Men, and Families in the Community, We Pride Ourselves on Being the Leading West Texas Non-profit Organization in Substance Use and Mental Health Co-occurring Disorders. the Organization’s Services Include Outreach, Education, Prevention, Intervention, Treatment for Substance Use and Co-occurring Disorders, Medication-assisted Treatment, Pregnant/postpartum Intervention, Recovery Support Services, Parenting Classes, Youth Counseling, Case Management, and Community Awareness Projects. in 2020, Through Its Different Services, Aliviane Provided Direct Services to Over 60,000 Clients in El Paso and Surrounding Areas. the Organization’s Success Lies in Putting Clients First, Surrounding Them With as Many Resources as Possible, and Working With Other Community Organizations, Because No One Entity Can Do It Alone. Aliviane Is Deeply Committed to the Community and Hopes to Serve the People of El Paso for Many More Years to Come. the Prevalence of Substance Use Disorders Among Youth Continues to Be a Focal Point in Aliviane’s Mission. With the Current COVID-19 Pandemic, States and Local Governments Have Responded With Measures That May, Directly and Indirectly, Affect Mental Health. Since the Implementation of School Closures, At-home Work, and Social Distancing, the Youth and Family Outpatient Clinic (YFOPC) Experienced an Increase in Demand for Substance Use Services Among Youth. the Yfopc Program Will Expand and Increase the Capacity of Its Services Across 6 Counties in TX Public Health Region 9/10. Between 2016-2017, 2492 Individuals Were Diagnosed With Sud and Co-occurring Disorders Including Smi and Sed at Aliviane Inc. and a Partnering FQHC Provider. Lack of Funding and a Shortage of Mental Health Professionals Have Contributed to a Decrease in Timely and Effective Treatment Response, Jeopardizing the Successful Recovery of Youth in These Service Areas. This Project Is a First-time Regional Coordinated Response/ Partnership Between Major Stakeholders and Providers Across 6 Counties in TX Public Health Region 9/10 to Address Sud and Cod in Adolescents, Transitional Aged Youth and Their Families/caregivers.
