Application Purpose: the Goal of the Award Is to Procure Six (6) Vehicles 30 FT Replacement Vehicles for Cat Mobility in the Amount of $825882 With a 20% Local Match of $206471 for a Total Amount of $1032353. Six (6) of These Are Replacements for Vehicles Beyond Its Useful Lifespan in Age and Miles. by Integrating Newer More Efficient Vehicles Into the Fleet the Award Will Help Improve Service Reliability Reduce Downtime Due to Maintenance Issues and Enhance Overall Passenger Experience. Once Purchased the Ongoing Operations and Maintenance of the Equipment Will Be Performed by Chatham Area Transit.this Grant Requests a Total Amount of $825882 in Matched Ffy 2023 and Ffy 2024 5339 Bus and Bus Facility Urbanized Funds.
