Although Awarded Separately in the Regional Tip for the Purposes of This Grant the MMF and MTC Projects Have Been Combined Because of Their Symbiotic Relationship. Each Project Has Been Competitively Awarded Fhwa STBG Flexible Funding by the Atlanta Regional Commission Through the Regional Planning and Programming Process. the CTC and the MMF Projects Each Were Awarded $1600000 Federal and the MTC Was Awarded $3550000. the Planning Studies Will Include Noise Traffic Equity Traffic Analyses Engineering and Concept Studies as Needed to Further Refine the Projects and Inform Future Phases and Project Development Concepts. the Total Federal for the Three Projects Is $6750000. the Local Share Is $1687500 Which Is Being Funded by the Countys Splost Program for a Total of $8437500. Funds Included in This Grant Have Been Allocated Through the Regional Process. No Indirect Cost Rate Will Be Applied to Any Activities Included in the Application. the Purpose of the Grant Is to Cover Eligible Expenditures Relative to Ongoing Routine Activities of the System and Not for Research and Development. Projects That Will Be Funded Include Preventive Maintenance Ada Non-fixed Route Paratransit Service Fare Collection and Other Support Equipment Support Vehicles Project Management Ongoing Maintenance Renovation and Repair of the Cobblinc Facilities Planning Studies and General Operations. Funds Are Also Included to Purchase One Replacement Bus Out of Six (project Also Included in Grants # GA-2017-025 and GA-2016-024). in Addition Funds Will Be Used to Provide Safety and Security Measures to Ensure the Safe and Secure Operation of the Cobblinc Facility Fleet and for the Safety of Passengers. Cobb County Will Follow All 3RD Party Procurement Policies as Defined in Fta Circular 4220.1F Ensure That Contractors Procured Will Not Be on the Fta Suspension and Debarment List and Certifies That Independent Cost Estimates Will Be Prepared and Available on File Along With the Corresponding Cost/price Analysis for Pertinent Projects Included in This Grantsecurity Expenditures or 1% or More Will Be Made in Alis 11.12.0111.44.03 11.42.09 30.09.04 and 11.7A.00.
