The Award With the Center for Agribusiness and Rural Development (CARD) Will Support Ongoing Assessments and Research in the Wheat Value Chain Being Conducted by Usda/foreign Agricultural Service and Other Partners. Assessments Being Conducted Include, But Are Not Limited Field Assessments Including Wheat Disease Assessments, Milling Assessments, and Bakery Sector Assessments. These Purpose of These Assessments Is to Determine Contributing Factors to Low Wheat Yields in Armenia. No Subawards Are Anticipated.
