Under This Agreement, Usda/fas Is Partnering With Ag Aligned Global (AAG) to Support the Adoption and Implementation of the Official Asia-pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Import MRL Guideline for Pesticides in Apec Member Economies, and the Establishment of Import MRLS. Aag Will Implement Activities Related to Import MRL Submissions, Trade Facilitative Policy Engagement With Key Foreign Regulatory Authorities and Stakeholders in Export Markets in Apec for U.s. Specialty Crops and Stakeholders, and Technical Assistance for Foreign Partners. Specific Activities and Beneficiaries Will Be Determined in Coordination With Usda/fas and Relevant Stakeholders. Intended Beneficiaries Are U.s. Specialty Crop Stakeholders, Regulatory Officials, Farmers, Private Sector, Academia, and Other Stakeholders as Appropriate. This Is Part of the Usda Foreign Agricultural Service's Initiative: Assisting Specialty Crop Exports. No Subawards Anticipated.
