These Funds Will Be Used to Purchase Up to 13 On-board Camera Systems ($32500) and Up to 9 Bus Shelters ($108000) With Up to 4 Years of Professional Services for Cleaning and Maintenance ($110054).PURPOSE: the Purpose of This Grant Is to Purchase and Install On-board Camera Systems and Bus Shelters With Cleaning and Maintenance Services.activities to Be Performed: Funds Will Be Used to Cover All Eligible Expenses for the Purchase and Installation of Up to 13 On-board Camera Systems as Well as the Purchase and Installation of Up to 9 Bus Shelters With a Professional Service Contact for the Cleaning and Maintenance of the Shelters for Up to 4 Years.expected Outcomes: Funds Will Allow Citrus County to Protect the Riders and Property With the Purchase for the On-board Camera Systems. the Purchase and Maintenance of the Bus Shelters Will Allow Waiting Passengers to Get Relief From the Weather. Ensuring the Overall Safety of Our Public Transportation Population Is the Main Purpose and Outcome of This Project.intended Beneficiaries: Citrus County Transit and the Community as a Whole Will Benefit From This Project. Subrecipient Activities: There Will Be No Subrecipients for This Project.the Required 1% of Funding Will Be Under the On-board Camera Purchase With Ali 114-00 11.42.09 (bus Support Equip/facilities Acquisition Surveillance/security (bus).the Recipient Certifies That It and Its Subrecipients and Contractors That Are Providers of Public Transportation Have Not Furloughed Any Employees Since March 27 2020 (the Enactment Date of the Cares Act).the Recipient Agrees That If It Receives Federal Funding From the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) or Through a Pass-through Entity Through the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act a Different Federal Agency or Insurance Proceeds for Any Portion of a Project Activity Approved for Fta Funding Under This Grant Agreement It Will Provide Written Notification to Fta and Reimburse Fta for Any Federal Share That Duplicates Funding Provided by Fema Another Federal Agency or an Insurance Company.citrus County Transit Meets the Eligibility Requirements as Outlined in 9030.1E as Public Transportation Provider in Area Less Than 200000 in Population. Citrus County Has Been Designated as a Direct Recipient of These Funds by Hernando/ Citrus Mpo.citrus County Florida Will Follow All 3RD Party Procurement Policies as Defined in C4220.1 (third Party Contacting Guidance).
