This Is an Ffy 2019 Section 20005(B) Pilot Transit Oriented Development (TOD) Grant Funding Application in the Amount of $720000 (FTA) and $180000 (psta). Psta Is Currently Working With Local Cities to Develop a Tod Strategic Plan for the Central Avenue BRT Corridor Rebranded as the Sunrunner. This Existing Planning Effort Will Begin to Engage Businesses and Residents Along the Corridor But Additional Community Engagement Will Be Needed Beyond the Development of the Strategic Plan to Ensure That the Corridor Will Be Developed in a Way to Maintain the Existing Local Fabric and Character. This Would Also Include the Development of Architectural Design Guidelines and Associated Visual Examples That Would Be Incorporated Into Local Land Development Codes to Regulate New Development.this Application Is Requesting Funding Under the Fy 2019 - Section 20005(B) Funding in the Amount of $720000 (FTA) for Eligible Short-range Planning Expenses Related to Pstas Central Avenue BRT Project Which Will Include But Not Limited to Project Initiation and Public Involvement Corridor Analysis and Visioning Station Area Strategies and Implementation (full Scope of Work Is Attached). Local Match Information: In-kind Expenses From Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority in the Amount of $180000 Will Be Used Towards the Required Local Match for the Grant. the In-kind Match Was Reviewed and Approved by Fta. Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority Is a Designated Recipient.the Planning Ali in This Grant Is in the Current Upwp Adopted May 13 2020 (revised July 2020).THE 1% Security Expenditure Requirement Does Not Apply to This Grant Application. Psta Acknowledges Understanding and Acceptance of Condition of Award. Psta Will Follow All 3RD Party Procurement Policies as Defined in C4220.1F (third Party Contracting Guidance).psta Will Ensure Contractors Procured Will Not Be on the Fta Suspension and Debarment List. Pstas Dbe Program Was Approved by Fta on March 15 2013 and I Attached the Approval Letter to the Grant Application. Pstas Updated Dbe Program Has Been Submitted to Fta and a Concurrence Letter Was Received on 10/1/19.
