Application Purpose: the Purpose of the Application Is for Operating Assistance for the Collier Area Transit System Including But Not Limited to Fuel Administrative Expenses Transit System Operations and Capital Projects Including Replacement Rolling Stock Purchase (1 Fixed Route Bus) Preventative Maintenance for Vehicles Fixed Route Software Replacement Farebox Replacement Purchase and Installation of Driver Protection Barriers on Vehicles.; Activities Performed: the Activities to Be Performed Will Be the Purchase of Rolling Stock Replacement Preventative Maintenance Operating Assistance for Fuel Operating Assistance for Transit System Operations and Administrative Expenses Technology Enhancements Including Fixed Route Software Replacement and Farebox Replacements Ada Paratransit Operation and Security Enhancements Which Include Driver Protection Barriers to Be Installed on Busses.; Expected Outcomes: Funding Will Permit Collier County to Meet Preventive Maintenance Standards Continue to Provide Operations and Comply With Its Transit Asset Management (TAM) Plan by Purchasing Replacement Rolling Stock and Technology Enhancements.; Intended Beneficiaries: Collier County and the Riders That Rely on Its Service Will Benefit From Continued Services Permitting Workers to Get to Work and Other Destinations.; Subrecipient Activities: Not Applicable.
