The Goal of This Project Is to Supplement the Restoration and Rehabilitation of a Protected Section of Remnant Native Forest Located on the Windward Side of the Koolau Mountains, Oahu. to Achieve This Outcome, We Propose to Hire Botanists With Deep Experience in Hawaiian Native Plants to Collect a Group of Plants That Are Ideally Suited to the Restoration Project. Collected Materials Will Be Propagated and Outplanted Over the Course of the Project Period. the Landowner Will Direct the Out-planting of the Plants Once They Have Reached a Sufficient Size to Be Outplanted.
