Fish and Wildlife Service (service) to Completeconservation Activities at Rice Lake and Tamarac National Wildlife Refuges Including, But Not Limited to, Habitatimprovement (including Reforestation Planting), Ash Swamp Tree Establishment, and Water Quality and Quantityprojects (including Bog Road Removal) to Promote Northern Forest Ecosystem and Hydrological Resiliency to Climatechange. Abc Will Serve as a Fiscal Agent for Contracting and Payment of Independent Contractors. Service Staffwill Be Responsible for Project Design, Oversight, and All Environmental Compliance Requirements.
