The Purpose of the Cooperative Agreement Is to Establish a Working Relationship Between the Service and the Recipient for the Purpose of Promoting Conservation on Private Lands. the Recipient Will Facilitate the Development of Conservation Projects and Work Cooperatively With the Service to Identify Develop and Establish Mutually Beneficial Conservation Projects. All Projects Will Be Facilitated by Site Specific Private Landowner Agreements (PLAS) as Approved and Administered by the Service. This Agreement Will Restore Enhance and Establish Habitats for the Benefit of (1) Federally Listed Species (2) Sagebrush Obligate Birds (3) Native Fish (4) Migratory Waterbirds and (5) Other Game Species. Restoration of Habitats Within High Priority Conservation Focus Areas Will Contribute Towards Meeting Population and Habitat Objectives Identified in the Service 2022 to 2026 Mountain Prairie Region Strategic Plan for the Partners for Fish and Wildlife Program.
