These Wells Are Slated to Be Plugged. the Wells Located in the Ohio River Are in the Range of Protected Species and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Environmental Assessment and Endangered Species Act (ESA) Compliance Must Be Completed for the Well Plugging to Occur in the Ohio River.tasks Associated With Completing This Work Include Mussel Surveys and Potential Relocation Along With Nepa and Esa Documentation Including Environmental Assessment and Biological Assessments Depending on Mussel Survey Results. This Portion of the Work Is Slated to Be Completed in 2024.
