Chinook Salmon Oncorhynchus Tshawytscha and Steelhead Trout O. Mykiss Spawn and Rear Below Goodwin Dam (RM 58.4) in the Stanislaus River, a Tributary to the Sacramento-san Joaquin Delta. Within the Lower Stanislaus River(lsr), the Migratory Corridor Is Defined as the Section of River Below Orange Blossom Bridge (obb,rm 47) to Theconfluence With the San Joaquin River (RM 0). It Is an Important River Reach for Rearing and Outmigration Ofjuvenile Salmonids That Has Been Documented to Contain Several Hotspots of Juvenile Salmonid Mortality. Theproposed Project Is Designed to Address Loss of Juvenile Salmonid Rearing and Outmigration Habitat in Themigratory Corridor of the LSR. Loss of Habitat Is a Key Factor in the Precipitous Decline of Pacific Salmon, Andthe Overall Goal of Afrp Is to Improve Salmonid Populations in California Rivers. We Propose to Address This Needby Designing, Permitting, Monitoring, and Implementing a Project Within the Migratory Corridor and Disseminatingresults to the Stakeholders and the Broader Scientific Community. We Believe This Approach Will Support Theimplementation of Key Cvpia and Afrp Goals and Objectives for Habitat Management and Restoration Within Theexisting Adaptive Resource Management (ARM) Framework to Support Ongoing Decisions Support Modeling (DSM) Work.

Everything here is this single award's whole record — signed, amended, paid — not a fiscal-year slice. The by-year charts elsewhere split an award across the years it was committed; this page keeps it whole.
Committed is what the government has legally promised on this award so far. Contracts can also carry a ceiling — the maximum if every option is exercised. Unspent ceiling is headroom, not money owed.
The cash actually disbursed against this award. The gap from committed is the disbursement pipeline: promised, not yet cashed.
Each transaction is a signing event — an action that created or changed the award, dated the day it was signed — not a payment. Negative amounts are real: money de-committed at closeout or renegotiation.
One bar, the award’s whole arithmetic: paid out, then committed, not yet paid, then .
