Creating Efficient Archery and Bowhunting Pathways Will Compile the Most Current Efforts in Archery and Bowhunting From Across the Country to Provide Best Practices for the Archery and Bowhunting Community to Recruit, Retain, and Reactivate Participants to the Sports. Through This Project Archery Trade Association (ATA) Staff Will Work With State Agency and Partner Staff to Assess Past and Current Endeavors Pertaining to Archery and Bowhunting Recruitment and Participation. From These Assessments, Qualitative and Quantitative Results From Across the Country Will Be Analyzed to Determine What Success Looks Like and the Tools Available to Move Participants Throughout Their Pathway in the Most Efficient and Cost Effective Way Possible.a Digital Toolkit Will Be Created From Findings in the State Reports and in Depth Analysis. This Toolkit Will Facilitate Development of State Specific Archery and Bowhunting Plans and Assist Other Organizations With Strategic Program Development by Providing a Menu of Options That Can Be Plugged in by an Individual State or Organization to Best Fit Their Needs.state Reports, Findings, Summit Materials, and a Full Toolkit Will Be Shared Online and Discussed in Detail With Individual Partners as Requested. the Summit Will Be the Place to Share Cutting Edge Information From Across the Country. a Full Report Will Be Given at State Association Meetings and Other Regional and National Conferences. the Expected Use of These Products Is 5 Years and Will Be Designed in a Way to Be Easily Updated and Used by Anyone Implementing Archery and Bowhunting Efforts, as Well as Continual Lessons Learned as These Resources Are Implemented.
